Frontline Focus International leads the way in customer experience measurement, research and performance metrics. They are a global company, with their head office based in Canada. Plush Creative worked with the management team to rebrand the company. It was an opportunity to introduce fresh thinking and present the firm in a new image, visually and professionally. While the new logo was contemporary, it maintained ties with the previous brand through the colour pallette and calligraphic signature. Rollout of the brand included new stationery, website, powerpoint templates and facebook page.
